I love the feeling of peace and control that I have with a decently well-organized fridge, and a system for getting it back that way when it inevitably gets a little crazy in there..
-1 tbsp sour cream.-2 tbsp chipotle dipping sauce (find it near the dressings and sandwich spreads!).
-1 tsp taco seasoning (such as my.homemade taco seasoning.-1 cup shredded cheddar cheese.
Let the cream cheese soften on the counter for an hour or so, or just throw it in the microwave for a few seconds, then mix everything together in a bowl, reserving a pinch of green onion and maybe 1/8 of a cup of shredded cheese for garnish..The mixture will be pretty soft so you’ll need to put it in the fridge for a few hours or overnight to make it more ball-like.
Try to roughly shape your ball on one side of your bowl before you put it in the fridge to make it easy to just “garnish and go” later on..
When you’re ready to leave the house, take your cheese ball out of the bowl and roll it in the extra shredded cheese or just sprinkle the shredded cheese over top.You won’t believe you did it yourself!.

Actually, they sent me four tuck tools, but you really only need one.I’m keeping them though.
